Description

You lead the implementation and support of LIMS platforms, bridging technical teams and lab stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements, translating lab workflows into user stories.
• Perform gap analysis to optimize sample tracking, testing, and reporting processes.
• Support data migration, system implementation, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) with vendors and IT.
• Develop SOPs and user guides while facilitating workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze lab processes to identify automation opportunities and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in requirements gathering (BRDs, FRDs) and process mapping (BPMN).
• Hands-on experience with LIMS platforms such as Clinisys, STARLIMS, or LabWare.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, database concepts, and system integrations (APIs, HL7, ETL).
• Experience with data migration and system implementation projects.
• Proficiency in creating training materials and reporting using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage stakeholders in cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, including sample lifecycle and instrument integration.
• Experience with quality control processes and automated testing strategies.
