Description

You will act as a link between business needs and technical solutions to support application transformation and accounting platform modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to identify, document, and review business and non-functional requirements and processes.
• Define user stories in Gherkin format to capture customer needs and guide change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and test analysts throughout the project lifecycle to assist in status reporting.
• Design test strategies and plans to ensure product validation and provide guidance to teams during system and user acceptance testing.
• Lead analysis activities including SWOT, root cause, and impact analysis to determine project paths.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Beyond Compare.
• Familiarity with databases including DB2, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Snowflake.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and end-to-end application lifecycle management.
• Background in finance or working with accounting platform modernization.
• Ability to work independently with technical and infrastructure teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dremio.
• Experience managing both on-premises and cloud-based implementations.
