Description

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you define technical requirements and support application development for complex system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Interview business partners to gather objectives, requirements, and use cases.
• Write user stories, system stories, and all necessary supporting documentation.
• Define and coordinate test exercises, including user acceptance testing and data validation.
• Collaborate with teams to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features.
• Document technical requirements for complex system architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and databases.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder interviewing.
• Ability to document and translate complex system requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, specifically within Asset Management.
