Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP financial applications, bridging technical implementation with business process requirements for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and design for Oracle ERP modules including GL, SLA, and Fixed Assets.
• Configure financial applications and support downstream reporting impacts and accounting entries.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle ERP and cloud-based SaaS systems using API specifications.
• Facilitate technical workshops and training sessions with diverse stakeholder groups and senior leadership.
• Manage Agile delivery lifecycles, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including controls, validations, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials, including configuration and functional setups.
• Proficient in SQL and working knowledge of Oracle relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and multi-tier application architectures.
• Proven track record of working directly with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery teams and SDLC governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Coupa procurement workflows and integration considerations.
• Accounting background with knowledge of subledger-to-ledger posting and audit controls.
• PL/SQL experience for technical troubleshooting.
