Description

Lead solution delivery and daily operations for the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Own technical service delivery, including WMS configuration, secondary-level support, system maintenance, and monitoring.
• Manage complex projects, enhancements, and service requests within an Agile Continuous Delivery framework.
• Oversee IT outsourcer service management, driving incident management, root cause analysis, and change management.
• Collaborate with architects and supply chain experts to design, test, and implement WMS initiatives and Automated Guided Vehicle integrations.
• Ensure system alignment with strategic direction and strict adherence to security protocols for sensitive data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Blue Yonder WMS IT administrator.
• In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS.
• 5+ years of total experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience designing integrations between business systems and external vendors using SAP ECC, S/4, or Oracle.
• Strong data management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Peachtree Corners, GA (3 days onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
