Description

You will lead business analysis and data integration efforts, providing technical mentorship and ensuring system integrity across the SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design audit frameworks and leadership dashboards to ensure data processing accuracy.
• Create detailed requirements and design documents for business and system analysis.
• Execute testing methodologies including functional, system, integration, performance, and UAT.
• Train end-users on core domain system areas and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Manage third-party vendors and maintain relationships with management and project teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data integration, or IT application implementations.
• Technical proficiency with Java, .NET, Oracle, SQL Server, and SaaS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Rational Quality Manager (RQM).
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in SQL queries, data analysis, and visualization tools.
• Experience working with PII and PHI data under NIST security standards.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and managing epics, use cases, stories, and features.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, and MS Project.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification in IIBA, Six Sigma, or TOGAF.
• Experience within an IT healthcare environment.
