Description

You will manage technical hardware asset data and procurement processes to support business technology needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the queue for customer requests regarding new device orders, break-fix, or replacements.
• Manage end-user and project requests, vendor quotes, and procurement processes for device options including technical compatibility.
• Develop and support strategies for right-sizing on-hand stock across multiple inventory depots.
• Lead tasks that support program scope, measuring effectiveness and suggesting process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in hardware asset management and vendor management.
• Experience managing and fulfilling both procurement and recycling requests.
• Experience managing inventory or stock data and driving efficiencies based on business burn rates.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
• Ability to present data and updates to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience supporting PC/Mac desktops, laptops, retail selling devices, and mobile devices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
