Description

You own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation process for new change requests and production incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform UAT validations against business requirements, coordinating with state vendors and partners.
• Automate standard queries using SQL to validate data points and perform internal quality checks.
• Monitor and track incident tickets, ensuring resolution from a business standpoint.
• Gather and detail application or project requirements, specifying business entities and process flows.
• Produce functional and process requirements documentation necessary for system design and build.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years in testing, UAT validations, and system design within technical application development.
• Proficiency in SQL for generating reports from large backend data repositories.
• Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and Gap Analysis.
• Experience executing and coordinating UAT validations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-IT business users.
• Experience working with Integrated Eligibility Systems with minimal guidance.
• At least 5 years working with social service programs.
• Demonstrated ability to convert business or policy requirements into verifiable data query scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience and certification in application delivery methodology.
• Experience with UML and RUP.
