Must Have:

• Take requirements and give next level of technical detail
• Someone with technical analysis, creating documentation, creating technical design to translate into a webpage for customers
• Calling SOAP and REST API's (mostly REST), understands how you call them, how to map them to fields on a webpage, understands how to work well with webservices teams, etc.
• SQL background - data mining, pulling test data, understanding the data that is there for a particular feature to help the BA make smart decisions and handling errors
• Jira and Confluence experience
• Experience with the Agile methodology
