Description

You translate business requirements into technical designs and web interfaces, owning the mapping of REST APIs to customer-facing fields.

You write detailed technical documentation, design system interactions, and validate data integrity using SQL for mining and testing. You collaborate with webservice teams to ensure seamless API integration and error handling. You manage project tracking and documentation through Jira and Confluence within an Agile Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and web page designs.
• Map REST and SOAP API responses to frontend fields and handle integration errors.
• Use SQL to mine data, pull test datasets, and validate feature data for business decisions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.
• Track progress and manage workflows using Jira and Confluence in Agile sprints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or technical design.
• Strong proficiency in REST API integration and understanding of web services.
• Solid SQL background for data mining, query writing, and test data management.
• Experience creating technical documentation and system design diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOAP API integration.
• Background in data analysis for business intelligence.
