MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
5–7+ years of ServiceNow administration/configuration
Complex ServiceNow workflows and integrations
End-to-end ServiceNow ownership including configuration, administration, and continuous improvement
Strong experience with ITSM, Workflows, Business Rules, ACLs, Notifications, CMDB & Asset Management
ServiceNow CSA Certification – Required
CIS certifications such as CIS-ITSM / CIS-CSM – Strongly Preferred
Systems Analyst experience with at least one additional platform:
SharePoint | Smartsheet | Power Platform | Salesforce | Similar
Strong ITIL knowledge and hands-on process design
Experience in SOX / ITGC / Audit / Compliance-driven environments
JavaScript / Glide API and low-code automation experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow, including ITSM and additional modules.
Design and manage complex workflows, business rules, ACLs, notifications, CMDB, and Asset Management.
Lead the design and governance of core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, release testing, and vendor/implementation partner engagements.
Develop advanced reports, dashboards, SLA/KPI metrics, and analytics for IT leadership.
Support additional enterprise platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power Automate, and similar applications.
Gather business requirements, design scalable solutions, configure platforms, and provide ongoing support.
Lead integrations between ServiceNow and M365, IAM/Identity platforms, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
Ensure supported applications meet audit, compliance, ITGC, and SOX control requirements.
Evaluate new platform capabilities and provide technology adoption recommendations to leadership.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and end-user training materials.
Serve as a key escalation point for complex platform issues and mentor junior team members
