Responsibilities

• Develop and modify software programs.
• Unit test developed code.
• Write system requirements based on business needs.
• Implement functionality covering user experience to case management.
• Develop supportive technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years in object-oriented software development lifecycle (design, testing, implementation).
• Minimum 3 years developing solutions using PEGAs.
• 5 years experience in Application design and Data Modeling.
• 5 years experience in Automating Business Rules and Policies.
• 6 years experience in PEGAs Architecture and customer technology integration.
• 6 years experience in PEGAs Administration and Security.
• 5 years experience supporting large-scale business-centric applications.
• 4 years experience communicating clearly with technical and non-technical staff.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical experience.

Preferred Skills

• 6 years experience with WebSphere or WebLogic.
• 6 years experience with J2EE (JSF, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java).
