Description

You lead Office 365 implementations and support for diverse client groups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
• Script in PowerShell to automate Office 365 administration, performing code reviews and managing repositories.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions on Office 365 products, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
• Track and complete administrative tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Office 365 applications, specifically SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams (including Voice and Rooms), and Exchange.
• 5+ years of PowerShell scripting experience, including code reviews and repository management.
• 3+ years of experience leading consultations for diverse client groups.
• 3+ years of experience preparing and delivering technical training.
• Ability to pass an FBI background check for CJIS clearance.
• Strong independent task management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering training specifically focused on Office 365 products.
• Background in working with technical staff and business/programmatic teams.
