Job Summary

Experienced Senior Systems Consultant responsible for consulting, training, and supporting modernization of M365 platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultations on M365 applications and solutions
• Lead training sessions and workshops
• Serve as the technical expert for M365 platforms and updates
• Support governance, modernization, and adoption of M365 tools
• Mentor team members and support knowledge transfer
• Maintain documentation and support issue resolution as needed

Required Skills and Certification

• 7+ years of experience with M365 applications and products
• Expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
• 5+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting
• 3+ years of experience leading consultations
• 3+ years of experience preparing and delivering training
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to complete FBI background check for CJIS clearance
• Ability to complete HIPAA compliance training

Preferred Skills and Certification

• Experience with Microsoft GCC licensing suite
• Experience with Power Apps
• Experience delivering training with M365 products
