Description

You will own the design, administration, and optimization of enterprise systems and data analytics platforms, ensuring high-precision reporting for global stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and administer Microsoft SharePoint sites and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Act as system administrator or power user for Planisware (or equivalent PPM), configuring and maintaining the platform.
• Interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, verify accuracy, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage shifting priorities from planning through delivery, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in systems, data, or business analyst roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint site design and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
• Experience with Planisware or similar enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data verification precision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries (including Pharma or Lens Care).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments or 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
