Lead systems engineering and technical integration for a complex network engineering program, translating operational needs into coherent technical solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering and integration activities across the program lifecycle, ensuring technical coherence and interoperability.
• Develop and maintain key artifacts including CONOPS, requirements, interface definitions, architecture products, and verification approaches.
• Drive end-to-end integration across system, subsystem, and external stakeholder boundaries.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, design gaps, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Support technical planning, execution, and engineering reviews while coordinating work across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, or technical program execution.
• Strong background in developing CONOPS, requirements documents, and architecture products.
• Experience leading hands-on systems engineering for complex programs with interconnected systems.
• Ability to translate mission and operational needs into integrated technical solutions.
• Working knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle activities, technical baselines, and review processes.
• Experience coordinating across technical teams to drive alignment and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Background in defense or government contracting environments.
• Experience with network engineering programs.
