Description

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale VDI platforms using Citrix and VMware technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure, scalable VDI environments supporting thousands of global users.
• Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Gateway, and MCS/PVS.
• Manage VMware Horizon environments, covering Connection Servers, UAG, Instant Clones, App Volumes, and DEM.
• Develop high availability, disaster recovery, and failover strategies for End User Computing infrastructure.
• Automate deployment and maintenance tasks using PowerShell and orchestration tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in End User Computing / VDI environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
• 5+ years of experience with VMware Horizon administration.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and Load Balancers.
• Experience with Azure or AWS VDI deployments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V) or VMware VCP-DTM certification.
• Experience managing VDI environments for 10,000+ users.
• Familiarity with DaaS solutions such as Citrix Cloud or Horizon Cloud.
