Description

Provide pre-sales technical engineering support for enterprise and commercial customers in Southern India.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and conduct whiteboard network architectural reviews.
• Architect and design Data Centre and Campus network solutions using leaf-spine architectures, VxLAN, EVPN, and network overlays.
• Perform hands-on testing to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs and provide technical feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience focused on Data Centre and Campus networks.
• Expert-level expertise in routing and switching, including Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, and Aruba protocols.
• Deep technical knowledge in three or more areas: Ethernet, RSTP/MSTP, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, BGP, eBGP, VxLAN, EVPN, Multicast, Spanning Tree, or QoS.
• Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard CLI.
• Strong understanding of BGP, eBGP, VxLAN, and EVPN.
• Proficiency with Python and Ansible for network automation.
• Technical degree (BE/BS/CS/CE) or any graduate degree.
