Description

You will lead systems engineering efforts and agile processes to manage program increments, workflows, and technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices to increase throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
• Lead program increment (PI) planning, backlog reviews, and pruning to ensure alignment with milestones.
• Manage workflows within and between teams using Jira and Confluence to standardize processes.
• Derive and allocate requirements into detailed designs while overseeing software, systems, and hardware development.
• Coordinate retests and regression testing with hardware and software teams following defect corrections.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (3 years with Master’s, 1 year with PhD).
• Proven experience transitioning mature teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Lean approaches.
• Hands-on experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
• Technical proficiency in SysML and UML.
• Expertise using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Excellent technical writing skills for generating formal analysis and reports.
• Active, in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Active U.S. Government DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and modeling tools like Rhapsody or Cameo.
