Description

You will own system engineering and business analysis for complex projects, managing requirements, architecture, and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute development, management, and allocation of system requirements to elements and subsystems.
• Perform complex analyses and trade studies to guide concept selection and ensure architectural alignment.
• Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts including RVTM, ICD, architecture diagrams, and test cases.
• Lead hardware/software integration, system-level integration testing, and requirement verification.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical advice to support business development.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BRD creation and requirements management.
• Practical experience using SQL and UML.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and UAT processes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions.
• Experience in system design and integration.
• Proficiency in configuration management.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
