Description

Provide pre-sales technical engineering support for enterprise and commercial customers in Northern India. Partner with Account Managers to gather requirements, identify customer pain points, and conduct whiteboard network architectural reviews.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and propose Data Centre and Campus network solutions using leaf-spine architectures, VxLAN, EVPN, and network overlays.
• Perform hands-on testing to validate proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments.
• Respond to RFP/RFQ requests and author technical white papers.
• Provide technical feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams to steer product development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience.
• Expertise in routing and switching protocols including BGP, eBGP, VxLAN, EVPN, Multicast, RSTP/MSTP, VLANs, IP Routing, and TCP/IP.
• Deep knowledge of Ethernet, Spanning Tree, and QoS.
• Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard CLI.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, or Aruba hardware.
• Strong technical background in Data Centre and Campus networking.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to customers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales SE, or Network Consulting Engineer.
• Experience building network automation using Python and Ansible.
• Network Industry Certifications such as CCIE (R&S) or JNCIE.
