Description

You will own and maintain core IT infrastructure, including server systems, virtualization, and data center operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain VMware virtualization (vCenter, Horizon) and Pure SAN infrastructure to support development growth.
• Manage Veeam backup operations, replication, and offsite data management.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, RBAC, Group Policy, Windows Servers, and file services (SMB/NFS).
• Oversee data center operations, including power, cabling, PDUs, racking, and cooling.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell scripting and execute projects for security compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Proven expertise managing VMware virtual infrastructure and storage.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server (2016 and newer).
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, RBAC, DNS, DFS, GPO, and File/Print Services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for complex scripting with source control.
• Experience with Veeam backup solutions and Disaster Recovery protocols.
• Hands-on experience with IT security, PKI, vulnerability, and patch management.
• Ability to troubleshoot the full technology stack, including network, storage, and cloud.
• Active TS/SCI Security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Linux (Red Hat preferred).
• Experience with network hardware, logical design, firewalls, and VPNs.
