Description

You will lead system engineering and architecture for semiconductor equipment, bridging mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software domains. You will design automation solutions for EFEM, sorters, load ports, and wafer handling systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop machine-level automation systems for semiconductor tools.
• Design and implement embedded firmware using C/C++ and RTOS on microcontrollers.
• Build C# applications for machine automation and industrial control.
• Integrate motion control systems, robotics, and industrial protocols like SECS/GEM.
• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and software teams to deliver robust hardware-software solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment or automation systems.
• Strong background in embedded firmware development with C/C++ and RTOS.
• Proficiency in C# for machine automation and industrial applications.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor tools: EFEM, Sorter, Load Ports, Wafer Handling, and robots.
• Experience with motion control systems and robotics.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols, specifically SECS/GEM.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in system engineering and architecture for complex machine-level systems.
• Experience integrating mechanical and electrical systems with firmware and software layers.
