Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and technical planning for IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network systems, including firewalls, switches, APs, and VPNs, for new office setups.
• Execute all project phases, specializing in Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure cloud migrations.
• Lead Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations while minimizing service disruption.
• Configure and install server hardware and software, maintaining detailed documentation throughout.
• Manage and implement Intune deployments to enforce corporate policy compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant IT experience, ideally within an MSP or IT consulting firm.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure, covering migrations and Intune deployments.
• Proven experience executing Active Directory migrations, ensuring accurate user and permission replication.
• Strong functional knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint administration.
• Expertise in network configuration, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
• Demonstrated experience with project estimation and participating in pre-sales technical discussions.
• Experience managing and configuring server hardware and software.
• Familiarity with MSP stack tools such as ConnectWise, IT Glue, and backup/security solutions.
