Description

You will own the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute the development and allocation of system requirements to system elements and subsystems, refining lower-level requirements across engineering disciplines.
• Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts, including RVTMs, ICDs, architecture diagrams, and test plans.
• Lead hardware/software integration, system-level integration testing, and requirement verification against project standards.
• Devise solutions to complex problems using in-depth analysis and evaluate multiple factors to guide system concept selection.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BRD creation, requirements management, system design, and integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and UML for technical documentation and modeling.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies and Jira workflows.
• Experience executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct complex analyses and trade studies.
• Familiarity with Configuration management practices.
• B.Tech or M.Tech degree required.
