M365 & Exchange Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of Microsoft 365 services, with a deep focus on Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, archival policies, and security/compliance.
SharePoint & OneDrive Strategy: Act as the primary administrator for SharePoint Online. Oversee site collections, permissions, and external sharing policies, while ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Teams.
Collaboration Management: Configure and maintain Slack for enterprise-level use, including workspace administration, enterprise grid management, and app integrations.
Migration & Integration: Lead projects involving tenant-to-tenant migrations, hybrid configurations, and the integration of third-party tools into the M365/Slack ecosystem.
Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security best practices using Microsoft Purview, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and Slack security settings to protect corporate data.
Automation: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks, user provisioning, and reporting.
Escalation Support: Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues, serving as the final point of escalation for the IT Service Desk.
Expertise in Microsoft Stack: 5+ years of hands-on experience with M365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
Slack Administration: Proven experience managing Slack at an enterprise scale, including user management and security.
Scripting: Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for managing M365 and automating workflows.
Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, and mail routing (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Communication: Ability to document complex technical processes and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
