Description

Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Slack environments while leading migrations and automation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, focusing on Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, and archival policies.
• Manage SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, and external sharing policies.
• Configure and maintain enterprise Slack workspaces, including app integrations and grid management.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations, hybrid configurations, and third-party tool integrations.
• Implement security best practices using Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, and Slack security settings.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for automation, user provisioning, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing Slack at an enterprise scale, including user management and security.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, and mail routing (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Ability to document complex technical processes and explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience providing Tier 3 support for complex technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Purview for compliance monitoring.
• Background in hybrid infrastructure configurations.
