Description

You will own the stability, automation, and performance of the CXP order workflow systems. Your focus is on maintaining SLAs, eliminating manual intervention through scripting, and ensuring data integrity across the order journey.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all installed CXP systems, ensuring 99.9% availability and integrity of order journeys.
• Build automated processes and reports for critical milestones in the order workflow to track SLA adherence.
• Proactively detect order processing failures, raise alarms, and resolve bottlenecks to prevent SLA breaches.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to automate tasks, reducing human intervention and increasing system efficiency.
• Manage security, backup, and redundancy strategies while supporting the design of operational support systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or site reliability engineering.
• Strong proficiency in writing custom automation scripts (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Experience with data analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies.
• Proven track record of monitoring application performance and implementing fixes.
• Knowledge of backup, redundancy, and security best practices for enterprise systems.
• Ability to collaborate with developers to implement performance improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
