Description

You will own the stability, automation, and performance of the CXP order workflow systems, maintaining SLAs and ensuring data integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain CXP systems to ensure 99.9% availability and order journey integrity.
• Build automated processes and reports to track SLA adherence at critical workflow milestones.
• Proactively detect order processing failures, raise alarms, and resolve bottlenecks to prevent SLA breaches.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to automate tasks, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
• Manage security, backup, and redundancy strategies while supporting operational support system design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or site reliability engineering.
• Strong proficiency in writing custom automation scripts using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with data analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies.
• Proven track record of monitoring application performance and implementing fixes.
• Knowledge of backup, redundancy, and security best practices for enterprise systems.
• Ability to collaborate with developers to implement performance improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with operational support system design.
