Description

You will provide Level 3 deskside support for the North America region, focusing on engineering lab environments and corporate user support.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux OS and hardware within multiple lab environments.
• Administer Mac workstations using JAMF management tools.
• Manage Windows Server and Client administration, including SCCM and WSUS infrastructure.
• Act as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 support issues and manage Jira tickets according to SLAs.
• Drive IT initiatives and projects while maintaining system and accessory inventory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience with Linux installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Mac hardware and macOS troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with Windows system administration (Server and Client).
• Direct experience using SCCM for system management.
• Proven ability to manage escalated technical issues and mentor teams.
• Experience troubleshooting applications across multiple platforms, including smart devices.
• Strong ability to drive and own technical initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft O365 and software packaging/deployment via SCCM.
• Ability to develop scripts to automate common administrative activities.
• Knowledge of basic networking troubleshooting.
