Description

Provide 24/7 monitoring and support for global network infrastructure, owning incidents from detection through resolution while managing client communications and vendor escalations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support global network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems.
• Act as the escalation point for L1/service desk, managing tickets within SLA and coordinating vendor escalations.
• Lead root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews to drive permanent fixes and continuous improvement.
• Design and deploy LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall solutions into a managed cloud platform across AWS and Azure.
• Maintain compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks, supporting audits and security remediation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments with strict SLAs.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, ACLs, SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, and VPN technologies (IPsec/GRE).
• Familiarity with Azure and AWS networking, virtualization (VMware), and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and Confluence for collaboration and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or Azure (AZ-700)/AWS networking certifications.
• Experience supporting financial services environments.
