Description

Design, implement, and manage core infrastructure technologies within a large-scale Microsoft Windows-based enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage firm systems including networks, storage, Exchange, physical and virtual servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Administer and support cloud-based services including Azure, Office365, and AWS.
• Oversee system performance and perform frequent long-term maintenance and user-facing tasks.
• Provide expert-level escalated technical support and mentor internal IT team members.
• Prepare technical documentation for processes, troubleshooting guides, and change management logs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of systems analysis experience.
• 5+ years designing, building, and managing VMware stack technologies (ESXi, vCenter).
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft server systems and Windows Server administration.
• 5+ years of experience managing storage technologies including SAN and NAS.
• Advanced knowledge of IP networks (LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN, VLAN, WiFi).
• Expertise in Active Directory design, support, and administration.
• Advanced PowerShell development skills for automation and system utilities.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, and enterprise patch management.
• Knowledge of encryption technologies and cyber risk/system hardening techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vSAN and NSX.
• ITIL certification.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Kanban methodologies.
