You will provide expert-level technical support across end-user and infrastructure layers.
Responsibilities
- Perform IMAC services for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage physical IT assets in data centers, including server racking, cable management, and hardware replacement.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and business applications.
- Support video conferencing systems and audio-visual meeting room technology.
- Maintain IT inventory, coordinate vendor support, and assist with procurement tasks.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT support or related infrastructure roles.
- Expertise with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- At least 2 years of direct IT support experience.
- Proficiency with SCCM, Intune, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with data center operations, including server mounting and physical infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and repair for various IT assets.
