Description

You will provide expert-level technical support across end-user and infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform IMAC services for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage physical IT assets in data centers, including server racking, cable management, and hardware replacement.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and business applications.
  • Support video conferencing systems and audio-visual meeting room technology.
  • Maintain IT inventory, coordinate vendor support, and assist with procurement tasks.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT support or related infrastructure roles.
  • Expertise with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • At least 2 years of direct IT support experience.
  • Proficiency with SCCM, Intune, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, including server mounting and physical infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and repair for various IT assets.
