Description

You will own the design, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise-scale technology solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Define work instructions for monitoring application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with developers on fixes.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, including servers, storage, firmware, and end-user hardware/OS.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency.
• Define security, backup, and redundancy strategies for deployed systems.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in a Senior Systems Engineer role managing end-user devices at enterprise scale.
• Deep knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and management.
• Senior comprehension of underlying infrastructure components relative to Server OS/HW performance and logical design.
• Ability to independently lead the full lifecycle of OS and application deployment.
• Familiarity with Desktop and Mobile OS implementations and requirements.
• Experience defining security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JAMF Pro management on an enterprise scale is strongly preferred.
