Description

Manage and support enterprise-grade Microsoft environments, Azure services, and on-premises infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 product portfolios.
• Manage Microsoft OS and software applications, including deployment, patching, and endpoint service monitoring.
• Deploy and support Microsoft Windows 10 and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on research, planning, training, and application deployment.
• Manage security appliances, including Web Application Firewalls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Azure and Active Directory workstation environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft OS and software applications, including deployment and patching.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10.
• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• 5+ years of experience working with IT and business stakeholders for enterprise application deployment.
• Experience with Azure-based services and technologies.
• Experience with Cisco and Meraki networking components and services.
• Experience managing security appliances and Web Application Firewalls.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
