Description

You will manage, deploy, and maintain production systems, virtualization, SAN, and Public Cloud environments in Southampton.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy Windows Domain, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and IIS environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain physical storage (SAN) and server hardware, including blade servers and Enterprise Compute.
• Execute OS-level patching, system upgrades, and optimize server performance across production and lab infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional projects and participate in an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing and deploying virtual environments.
• 3+ years managing and deploying Windows OS Servers in production.
• 3+ years managing Windows domains, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and IIS.
• 3+ years performing OS patching and server hardware/OS configuration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with engineering or enterprise operations.
• 2+ years managing physical storage and SAN.
• 2+ years working in a Public Cloud environment.
• Knowledge of DNS, HTTP, SMTP, and SNMP protocols.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux server deployment and administration.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Chef, or similar automation technologies.
• Configuration and management of HP Enterprise Servers or Cisco UCS.
