Description

You will maintain and support server infrastructure and digital presence environments for internal and external clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Windows and Linux server infrastructure and serverless technologies.
• Manage incidents with timely response and service restoration.
• Document all service disruptions and resolutions within the ticketing system.
• Participate in a global on-call rotation.
• Optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of Windows PowerShell and Linux shell.
• Expert knowledge of web technologies including web servers, DNS, and SSL.
• Practical knowledge of Azure and AWS services and practices.
• Experience deploying and maintaining cloud technologies within larger systems.
• Working knowledge of web development processes such as source control and deployment.
• Understanding of security implications regarding architectural decisions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Drupal, AEM, or Magento 2.
• ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL environment.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or PHP.
