Description

Install, configure, and administer enterprise Windows server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization layers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO) across production environments.
• Administer Citrix NetScaler/ADC/ADM and VMware infrastructure for high availability.
• Support Epic application infrastructure and perform system upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Monitor server health, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain system security standards.
• Develop technical documentation and coordinate disaster recovery and validation activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Windows Systems Administration experience.
• Expert-level Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Citrix NetScaler/ADC/ADM.
• Proficiency in VMware and Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with Epic application infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise server environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with load balancers, monitoring tools, and Linux/Unix administration.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle Administration.
