Description

You will manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including hardware, hosting services, and network environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitoring for on-premise and cloud server infrastructure.
• Provide third-level support for Windows and Linux servers, networking, firewalls, SAN, and data center systems.
• Design, configure, and install server equipment and applications following industry best practices.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks across networks and systems to implement corrective actions and future upgrades.
• Develop technical architecture documentation and detailed procedures for installation and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in production IT environments managing enterprise infrastructure.
• 8+ years of experience managing Windows Server, Linux, VMware ESX, and storage environments.
• Deep expertise in administering Microsoft Windows Server and VMware ESX systems.
• Strong experience with network management, including DNS, DHCP, and general networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS), and AD Connect.
• Proven ability to manage both on-premise and cloud-based email systems.
• Experience administering backup solutions, specifically CommVault.
• Ability to write or review architectural design documents across infrastructure, security, and data layers.
• Experience working across web, middleware, and database application tiers.

Preferred Skills

• Chordiant Server Administration experience.
