Description

Design and implement Microsoft Azure cloud solutions while managing hybrid cloud infrastructure and data center migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design Azure cloud solutions, infrastructure architecture, and data center migration strategies for hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) host pools, workspaces, and custom image deployments.
• Implement Azure Synapse SQL Pool solutions, including data loading, security, and performance monitoring.
• Automate server performance optimization and DevOps activities using PowerShell.
• Execute ETL and SAS data load processes for healthcare, medical claims, and financial data.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of experience in systems administration or engineering.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2022).
• Strong background in SQL database management and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure AVD and Synapse Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Background in healthcare data management.
