Description

You will support enterprise infrastructure components, including on-premise and cloud-based virtual platforms, backup, replication, monitoring, and alerting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-tier support for infrastructure issues via ServiceNow and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Manage the consistent, secure, and efficient operation of infrastructure systems ensuring compliance with IT controls including SOX, ISO 9001:2015, and HIPAA.
• Lead discussions regarding infrastructure projects, translate stakeholder requirements into service deliverables, and maintain technical documentation.
• Evaluate enterprise system specifications and propose solutions to resolve performance issues within the IT infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure implementations, including VMware upgrades, deployments, and IaaS platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 8 years focused on Infrastructure Engineering.
• Advanced experience with Azure, Azure Active Directory, Azure VMware Solution, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Expertise in Active Directory, including Domain Controller builds, replication topology, GPO, DNS, and Certificate Services.
• Proficiency in VMware management, deployment, and infrastructure platforms.
• Strong background in PowerShell scripting for system management.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, and Exchange mailbox migrations.
• Advanced skills in DFS, File Share management, and NTFS permission troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and enterprise storage/networking.
• Experience with backup, replication, and disaster recovery/business continuity.

Preferred Skills

• SolarWinds monitoring experience.
• Experience managing vendor relations, including colocation and managed services.
