Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Unix systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Automate configuration management and operational tasks using Ansible playbooks and roles.
• Monitor system health and support day-to-day infrastructure operations.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis for system and service-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve operational processes and service reliability.
• Support infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, patching, and operational readiness activities.
• Use scripting to enhance operational automation and workflow efficiency where required.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Maintain system and operational documentation for support and governance purposes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, stability, and operational excellence.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Unix/Linux administration.
• Experience with Ansible automation and configuration management.
• Good understanding of systems operations and infrastructure support environments.
• Exposure to scripting for operational automation is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to support and manage mission-critical production environments.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
