Description

You will manage systems operations, incident response, and application health within a complex technical environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead or triage major incident management and perform root cause analysis to implement preventative actions.
• Monitor application health, batch processes, and feed management to reduce failures and alert noise.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system failures and support disaster recovery exercises.
• Deploy vendor software and collaborate with peers and vendors to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with .NET or Java.
• 3+ years of experience with IIS, TOMCAT, or WebLogic web servers.
• 3+ years of experience with MSSQL or Oracle databases.
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows Server concepts.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with vendor applications including SAP Basis, Ariba, Guardian, Lenel, Mastermind, or DMP.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting or Python.
• Experience supporting SSAS applications, cloud architecture, or COTS products.
