Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for CRM and business development platforms
• Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and related systems
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to implement enhancements and system upgrades
• Manage integrations across CRM, marketing, analytics, and other enterprise systems
• Establish and enforce data governance, validation rules, and data quality standards
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business development initiatives
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and end-user support for platform-related issues
• Create training materials and guide users on effective system utilization
• Contribute to ongoing system improvements and technology roadmap planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CRM, marketing, or enterprise platforms
• Strong experience administering CRM systems (e.g., InterAction, Salesforce, DealCloud, or similar)
• Experience working with business development or marketing technology platforms
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI (or equivalent), along with advanced Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with system integrations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Introhive, Vuture, Litera, or similar platforms
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
• Exposure to AI-powered tools or analytics within CRM and marketing systems
• Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, or change management initiatives
