Description

Analyze, document, and support integrations between applications, systems, and platforms, focusing on data movement, orchestration, and workflow execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and technical requirements, including integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.
• Document and support integration patterns such as API-based, batch/file, ODBC, and middleware-based interfaces.
• Support workflow design and process modeling within the BPM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs for development teams.
• Partner with developers and QA to support integration testing, validate data flows, and troubleshoot root-cause issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst.
• Strong experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and end-to-end data flows.
• Hands-on familiarity with APIs, file-based integrations, relational databases, and SQL.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Experience in Agile development environments supporting SIT/UAT testing.
• Proficiency with documentation and productivity tools: Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, qTest.
• Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEI platforms, specifically SEI SWP Accounting.
• Exposure to BPM tools and workflow-driven systems.
• Familiarity with Airflow or similar orchestration and scheduling tools.
