Description

You will lead and manage testing for the delivery of Criminal Justice Digital Design initiative products, including eIntake, D2H2, DEM, and Integration Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts to identify, document, and track software defects.
• Review project documentation and analyze requirements to provide technical feedback.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by accurately logging, tracking, and ensuring the resolution of issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in initial UAT sessions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and external partners to ensure production readiness.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and supporting day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading and managing testing for IT solution deliveries.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools including Selenium, Soap UI, UFT, JMeter, and Katalon Studio.
• Proven experience working within Agile teams and DevOps operating process environments.
• Expertise in documenting and tracking issues using JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, or Asana.
• Deep understanding of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from QA through to production.
• Technical proficiency in SharePoint, Web Services, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience performing both functional and non-functional product cycle testing.
• Strong capability in writing manual and automated test scripts.
• Experience using version control systems.

• Experience testing enterprise-scale applications.
