Description

You will lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for in-house and COTs software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Perform diverse testing types including unit, integration, regression, performance, load, security, and business acceptance testing.
• Configure complex testing environments and systems for desktop, mobile, and high-availability applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage defects through the full development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver requirements across Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA engineering and technical troubleshooting.
• Expertise in testing real-time data feeds and high-availability applications.
• Experience with software integration, scripting, and automated testing.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or TestRail for defect management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience testing desktop and mobile applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Eggplant or Selenium automation tools.
• Knowledge of IP-based telephony, Avaaya, P25, or Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) applications.
