Description

You will lead testing strategies and execution for large-scale systems across GUI and non-GUI environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scripts, and test cases for complex systems.
  • Execute end-to-end functional, non-functional, integration, load, and performance testing.
  • Manage testing efforts including user acceptance testing (UAT) and specialized AODA testing.
  • Collaborate with IT leads and project teams to support system design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Create test data and produce detailed test reports to ensure QA compliance and security standards.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of software testing experience in enterprise-level IT environments.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Selenium for web automation and Postman for API testing.
  • Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong database skills with SQL and Oracle.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
  • Experience testing Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of at least one programming language and object-oriented testing methods.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Experience with public sector quality assurance standards and practices.
