Description

You will lead testing and quality assurance initiatives for large-scale enterprise applications across web, mobile, cloud, and on-premise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, performance, UAT, and accessibility testing.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with business requirements.
• Implement and maintain manual and automated testing frameworks.
• Coordinate testing activities with project managers, developers, architects, DBAs, and system administrators.
• Manage defect logs, discrepancies, and QA reporting within designated tracking tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of testing experience across enterprise-scale systems (on-prem, web, cloud, and mobile).
• Proficiency with automation tools including UFT, Selenium, TOSCA, Cucumber, and Serenity.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Hands-on management of defects and test cycles using OpenText ALM, OpenText Octane, JIRA, X-Ray, and Confluence.
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Toronto, ON.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native QA practices in Azure or AWS environments.
• Familiarity with API testing frameworks such as Postman or ReadyAPI.
• Software Quality Engineering certification.
