Description

You will lead defect triage, write detailed test cases, and execute both manual and automated testing across the system lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in defect triage meetings to prioritize and track issues.
• Produce comprehensive defect summary reports for stakeholders.
• Design and execute detailed test cases for functionality and regression.
• Perform manual regression testing and maintain automation scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems testing and QA.
• Proficiency in black box, system, unit, and UAT testing.
• Experience with penetration and security testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AODA compliance testing.
• Strong command of Azure DevOps for defect tracking.
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts.
• Excellent analytical skills for triaging complex defects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading triage meetings independently.
